These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BuyToFill’s website, marketplace, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, placing orders, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to transact on behalf of a business. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when creating an account, and to secure your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
BuyToFill connects buyers, sellers, and fulfillment partners to facilitate resale. We may edit, remove, or refuse content that violates policies or law.
When submitting inventory you represent that you own or are authorized to sell the items, they are accurately described, and that you comply with all laws governing the sale or import of those goods.
Fees for services, including marketplace commissions, storage, or shipping, are set forth on the Platform and may change with notice. By using BuyToFill, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for fees, payouts, or refunds relating to your account.
Orders are fulfilled according to the shipping and storage policies described on the site. You are responsible for packing and sending inventory in the condition required by BuyToFill. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers once an item is picked up.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
BuyToFill and its licensors own all intellectual property in the Platform. You retain rights to your content, but by posting it you grant BuyToFill a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as needed to provide the services.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. BuyToFill disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other operational reasons. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may revise these Terms to reflect business or legal changes. We’ll notify you by updating the “Effective” date and posting the revised Terms, so review them frequently.
