How does the process work?
1. Commit to a live deal on BuyToFill.
2. Place the order using your own info and payment method.
3. When the device arrives, open a ticket and complete the drop-off form.
4. If the deal includes a prepaid label, request it in the ticket.
5. Ship the device to the address shown on the deal.
6. We verify the device and send your payout.

Who covers shipping?
Open a ticket when your device is ready. If the deal includes a prepaid shipping label, we send it after you complete the drop-off form. If the deal does not include one, staff will give you the next step in the ticket.
How much do I get paid?
Payout depends on the item and the live quote when you commit. We show the payout before you lock in the deal. After your device is delivered and verified, we send the payout by e-check.
How long does the process take?
Most orders arrive in 3 to 7 days. After your device is delivered to us and verified, payouts are typically sent within 2 business days. Keep your ticket updated if anything changes.
What if I change my mind?
Tell us as soon as possible. If you commit and disappear, cancel late, or fail to follow through after shipment, you can be removed from future drops. We plan inventory and wholesale numbers around committed quantities.
